After a warm and joyful Lunar New Year holiday spent with family, on February 15th, 2024, M&H Investment Company Limited organized the “Tet’s Greetings” program for all employees as an exciting and joyful welcome to the new year.
To kick off the program with the excitement of returning to the company, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung – General Director, shared some words at the beginning of the new year. Particularly, he extended his best wishes to all employees, hoping for a productive and breakthrough year filled with shining successes and aiming to become a leading company in the Passenger Transportation and Transport industry.
Continuing the cheerful and energetic atmosphere, several staff enthusiastically shared their plans and aspirations for the coming year, promising a meaningful and fresh start. Each story and goal not only reflects individual determination and desire for personal development but also serves as inspiration for everyone, fostering unity within the team. Thus, the ”Tet’s Greetings’ program serves as a great encouragement and motivation for all employees as they start the new year with enthusiasm and hope.
Coming to the most anticipated part for employees, which is the ‘Lucky Money’ tradition at the beginning of the year – a traditional custom symbolizing luck and prosperity, as a wish from M&H Company to all employees. The Lunar New Year’s lucky money not only carries material significance but also demonstrates the company’s care, affection, and sharing towards each individual.
Finally, representing the Administration – Human Resources Department, Mr. Nguyen Dong Phuong Tram sent a meaningful poem to the BOD and all employees, which he composed himself.

After reading the poem, we can see creativity in word usage. Mr. Tram combined artistry with meaningful messages, as reflected in the first words of each line forming ‘M&H PROSPEROUS SUCCESS LASTING BRIGHTLY.’ Particularly interesting is how the first two lines not only sound harmonious but also carry profound meaning by mentioning the names of Ms. Ho Xuan Mai -Vice CEO, and Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung – CEO of M&H Company. The poem serves as a wish for a prosperous and lucky new year and symbolizes unity and determination towards M&H’s sustainable development.
