With the aim of enhancing legal knowledge on Firefighting and Prevention, providing necessary skills to protect and handle incidents, SBS has cooperated with Ho Chi Minh city’s Public Security to organize a professional Firefighting and Prevention training course for company employees and drivers to raise self-awareness and responsibility of each individual.
During the course, employees and drivers were instructed in the provisions of the law on Firefighting and Prevention, basic knowledge and different causes of fire explosion; certain firefighting and prevention methods, directly on-site guided on the use of firefighting equipment, skills, ways to handle situations when incidents occur and evacuation skills. The Municipal Police officers have also imparted knowledge on the methods of organizing fire safety inspections, the prescribed standards on inspection, and periodic maintenance of technical equipment to ensure the system is well-functioning and ready to serve.
Through the training session, the drivers have improved their sense of responsibility, discipline and are aware of the importance of firefighting and prevention, already mastering the instructed contents and skills of handling situations. This will help drivers keep a firm grip on the wheel, ready to respond promptly and confidently when an incident occurs.
